Our Story
Take a Shot Coffee was born in September 2023, when Renzo Alcala and Lisbeth Hernandez combined their love for specialty coffee and event experiences to create something fresh and exciting in Orlando, Florida’s mobile coffee scene.
From day one, their vision was clear: to bring exceptional coffee catering to conventions, conferences, corporate events, weddings, private parties, and brand activations—any event where great coffee fuels conversations, connections, and memorable moments. They noticed that many large and small gatherings often lacked a high-quality coffee experience—and they wanted to change that.
Starting with just one espresso machine and a mobile coffee cart, Renzo and Lisbeth set out to elevate every event in Orlando and Central Florida with barista-crafted drinks, professional service, and setups that fit seamlessly into any venue.
